Do you have on site staff?
Yes, an innkeeper who lives on the property and part time colleagues.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards and gift certificates (which can be purchased on our website. We do not accept cash.
Is on-site parking available?
We lease spaces in the Scottish Rite Cathedral parking lot just adjacent to our property, across Corral Street (small one way street) on the NW corner of Scott and Corral. We are located on the SW corner of Scott Avenue and Corral.
Do you have a restaurant in the hotel or do you offer room service?
No. However, we offer a Warm Welcome with wine or beer and cheese board and crackers awaiting you in your room upon check-in. Additional snacks and enhancements can be viewed on our Offers page.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes
Is the hotel wheelchair-friendly?
No (although we are only on one floor and have other accessibility for walkers and limited mobility).
Are you a pet-friendly place to stay?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
3PM-9PM. We we do offer early check-in (dependent uoon room availability) as well as a late check-in procedure.
Are meals included?
Breakfast or brunch is served 7 to 11AM.
Do you have Jacuzzi tubs, jetted tubs, or hot tubs?
Yes. One outside hot tub and one room with a large Jacuzzi tub.
Are you located within walking distance to downtown?
Yes, we are located in the city center’s historic core, within walking distance to arts and entertainment, many local restaurants, museums, concert venues, Tucson Convention Center, and night clubs.
