Policies

For cancellations received within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, the full amount of your scheduled reservation becomes non-refundable. If you shorten your scheduled stay within 14 days of your scheduled arrival or after you've checked-in, you will be responsible for the cost of your original reservation. No-shows will be treated as cancellations received within 14 days and will be charged accordingly.  

High Season
During certain high peak seasons and weekends, i.e., the Tucson Gem Show (end of January/beginning of February), El Tour de Tucson, U of A Graduation, U of A Family weekend, and U of A Homecoming weekend, a minimum of a 60-day cancellation will be required for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled check-in, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the reservation.

Group Reservations
If you have made group reservations, reserved the entire inn or for individual reservations during traditionally high-demand events and holiday weeks, we may collect a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. A 60-day request to cancel will be required for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled check-in, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the reservation.

Whole House Rental
If renting the entire House, 60-day cancellation will be required for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled check-in the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the reservation. 

Please note respectfulness for other guests and staff...pool hours are 6AM - 10PM. Swimsuits are required to swim. When re-entering the inn, shoes and shirts must be worn.

The Blenman Inn is a non-smoking and drug-free property, which includes no vaping. Neither smoking nor vaping are permitted inside the house or outside on the grounds due to the historical nature of the property. There are park benches across the street available for smoking. Smoking on the property will result in an immediate request to leave and an additional cleaning fee of $250.

We also have a separate "Pet Policy" that is available upon check-in. We charge $50 per night per pet. Thank you.
